Andrew Grace, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Founded Montana Vein Clinic in 2007

When Dr. Grace founded Montana Vein Clinic in 2007 it was one of the few dedicated centers in Montana for the treatment of varicose veins. Since then the number of vein clinics in the state has nearly tripled yet Montana Vein Clinic continues to see steady annual growth in both local and state referrals. Today, patients frequently travel from all over the region to take advantage of Dr. Grace's accumulated knowledge from treating thousands of patients. Dr Grace readily acknowledges that the success of Montana Vein Clinic relies on expertise at all levels and  a large part of this is his office staff that has over 80 years of combined experience. He also works closely with board certified radiologists and fellowship trained interventional radiologists at Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital to obtain detailed comprehensive venous imaging. The hospital's advanced vascular imaging center uses technology far beyond what can be found in vein clinics not associated with a medical facility.

Montana Vein Clinic has been committed to excellence for every patient since its inception. Dr. Grace continues to see all new consults, performs all treatments, and oversees all clinic activities. The clinic has always maintained its relationship with Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital. Dr. Grace firmly believes that the best varicose vein care is achieved through a concentration of resources in a single facility. These core principles and steadfast commitment have put Montana Vein Clinic and Dr. Grace in high regard by patients and the medical community.

A general surgeon by training, Dr. Grace is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine – a confirmation of his training and skill in treating patients with venous disease. He is a member of the American College of Phlebology - the American Medical Association recognized group of physician specialists who are focused on the treatment of varicose veins and venous insufficiency.

In addition to caring for varicose vein patients, Dr. Grace maintains a busy general surgery practice. He is active in medical staff leadership, sits on numerous hospital committees, and is a former Chief of Staff at Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital. He has full clinical and operating privileges. Because of his expertise he is frequently requested by his medical colleagues and community organizations to speak on topics related to varicose veins and general surgery. Dr. Grace maintains a permanent residence in Bozeman, Montana.
